Images have been released as police seek to identify a man wanted in connection with an assault that happened two weeks ago.

Police and EMS were called to Richmond Street south of Central Avenue for an assault shortly before 1 a.m. on Thursday, April 3rd.

A man had allegedly assaulted a second male, who ended up unconscious and was transported to hospital to be treated for his injuries. He has since been released.

The suspect is described as a white male, 23-27 years old, about 5'9"-5'10", 200-210 pounds with short brown hair and a muscular build.

At the time of the incident, police say he was wearing blue jeans, a grey hooded sweatshirt, a black wristband on his right wrist, a metal watch on his left wrist, and orangey-yellow high-top running shoes with white soles.
