London Police are investigating after a transport truck slammed into a hydro pole on Commissioners Road early Saturday morning.
Just before 5:30 Saturday morning, police were called to the scene on Commissioners Road East near Highland Avenue.
A suspect was arrested at the scene.
Nathan Smith, 34, of Sarnia is charged with one count of Theft of Motor Vehicle, Fail to Stop at the Scene of Accident, Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Drive while under Suspension under the Highway Traffic Act.
