London police identify victim and suspect after east end fire
A 37-year-old London man has been charged with break and enter and arson after a ‘suspicious’ fire on the city’s east side.
Shane Wood was arrested Monday afternoon. London police are still investigating the blaze that occurred at 3:29 a.m. on Monday at 361 Manitoba St.
A dead body was found inside the house. The autopsy started at 9 a.m. Tuesday. The deceased has now been positively identified as Paul Curry, 50, of London. The autopsy is ongoing.
Police say Wood and Curry knew each other.
