The London Police Services Board has reached a collective agreement with members of the London Police Association, which includes officers and civilian members.
The four-year agreement was ratified Monday night by a slim margin.
Members will see a nine per cent increase over the four years, which also includes a final year increase to align salaries with other forces across the province.
More details on the contract will be released at a news conference on Thursday.
