London police have arrested a 30 year old man in connection with a sexual assault.
Police say Travis Lowe of London had been charged with one count of sexual assault.
The charge stems from an alleged incident on the night of December 30th, 2014.
Police say a woman was walking on York St near the Richmond railway overpass when a woman was allegedly grabbed from behind by an unknown man.
The victim claims she was touched in a “sexual manner,” but managed to free herself from the suspect who eventually ran away.
Police released a photo of the suspect a few days after the incident in hopes of locating him.
The investigation continues.
