After receiving a complaint from a citizen, London police have charged a 42-year-old man with child pornography offences.
The London Police Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section say they were contacted by a resident on July 22, who alleged a male had taken inappropriate photographs of her 11-year-old daughter.
This man was known to complainant and the photographs of the 11-year-old were taken inside a residence. He was not being identified to protect the identity of the victim.
After further investigation, police executed a search warrant at a Castlegrove Boulevard home on July 25, and as a result a man was arrested at the same location on Thursday.
The 42-year-old has been charged with make available child pornography and possess child pornography.
