Convergys London says after 12 years, the company continues to grow and is looking to fill 300 new full-time positions.

Although Convergys has offices all over the world, the company's Beth Pustai says when the customer management firm landed another major contract, London was the choice for the expansion.

"We have the customer service skills and that's what our client is looking for - strong customer service, good employees and we have it here. We have a low attrition rate. We have employees that want to come to work and want to do a good job."

Convergys, acquired London's Stream Global Services, says they will be holding a career fair, open house and more this year. It will officially re-dedicate the site as Convergys.

Diana Bonneville, site leader of the Convergys contact centre in London, said in a statement, "We're looking for highly motivated individuals to handle inbound customer service contacts...Convergys has been a strong contributor for the London economy, and now we are looking to increase that contribution and ask you to be part of this exciting growth."

The company says on-site employees get comprehensive training, competitive wages and performance incentives, and benefits including medical and dental insurance, and paid and unpaid time off.

Convergys has 125,000 employees at 150 location in 31 countries.
