A collision in Malahide Township involving a pickup truck and a car sent one man to hospital with life threatning injuries.
A 21-year-old from Listowel, who was in the back seat of a Toyota car was airlifted to hospital.
Elgin OPP say the crash happened Sunday at 9:45 p.m. at Imperail Road and Ron McNeil Line.
They say the Ford pickup was travelling south on Imperial Road when the Toyota, heading west on Ron McNeil Line failed to stop at a stop sign.
The car was struck broadside and went into a ditch.
The occupants of the Toyota were extricated from the vehicle by Malahide Fire Services. The driver of the car, a 20-year-old Niagara-on the Lake man, and a male seated in the front passenger seat were not injured in the collision.
The driver of the truck, a 72 -year-old Tillsonburg man as well as an adult female passenger and a female youth passenger, were transported to hospital with minor injuries.
