Lambton OPP continues to investigate an armed robbery at a convenience store in the 5000 block of Nauvoo Road.

OPP say they responded to the call around 11:30 p.m. on Monday, where an unknown male allegedly entered the convenience store and produced what appeared to be a knife.  

Investigators say the man was then able to flee the store with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police describe the suspect as a male approximately 6'2" in height with a regular build. He was last seen wearing black shoes, black pants, a black hoodie and had his face covered.

The OPP Canine Unit and the OPP Identification Unit also attended the scene to assist in the investigation.

There were no reported injuries during the robbery.
