Damage is pegged at $50,000 after a small accidental kitchen fire Saturday morning in west London.
Fire crews were called to 516 Palmtree Ave. around 8:45 a.m.
Officials say the cause of the blaze was from a toaster being placed on an electrical stove element which had been left on.
The fire was quickly put out but two elderly residents were taken to hospital for smoke inhalation.
