Here we go again: Environment Canada issues special weather statement for region
A snow storm moving through the area made visibility and road conditions poor for drivers in London, Ont. on Friday, Feb. 8, 2013.
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement, warning residents in southwestern Ontario about a storm that may bring 10 cm of snow as well as freezing rain and ice pellets.
Roughly 2 to 5 cm of snow will fall Saturday in the London area.
Motorists are also being warned about possible freezing rain and ice pellets late Saturday night into Sunday morning.
Snow will end Sunday night in our region and eventually move into eastern Ontario.
