Hanover Police are investigating after two instances of young females being approached by a suspicious male in a vehicle.

According to police on Monday, September 14th, a 17-year-old female was approached by a male in a vehicle asking for directions.

The male then proceeded to offer money and asked if the female wanted to run an errand with him. The incident occurred at the intersection of 7th Ave and 8th Street and near John Diefenbaker Secondary School.

Police also say that earlier Monday a 19-year-old female was approached by the same man near the intersection of 7th street and 7th avenue.

The male is described as 30-40 years old, medium to heavy build, with dark coloured hair and facial hair.

The vehicle is believed to be a four door, green Fiat with a white roof.
