A fundraiser has been set up to benefit the family of a Windsor teen and her uncle, who died in a tragic crash on Saturday.
Alyssa Smulders and Marc Lafontaine were traveling eastbound on Highway 401, when a westbound tractor trailer crossed into their lane striking their car. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
A fundraiser has been created on YouCaring.com to help Alyssa’s parents – Denise Lafontaine and Jason Smulders – with funeral expenses. At the time of writing, 18 people have donated a total of $654.
