A crash at Perth Road 130 and Line 20, northwest of St. Paul’s Station, has sent four people to hospital, one with life-threatening injuries.

Perth County OPP say emergency crews were called to the scene around 12:15 p.m.

Investigators say a silver Toyota Echo was southbound on Perth Road 130 when it collided with a red GMC Sierra pickup truck that was eastbound on Line 20.

An 18-year-old female passenger in the Toyota was transported to London Health Sciences Centre – Victoria Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Three others in the car were taken to Stratford General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the pickup, a 25-year-old Hensall man, was not injured.

An investigation into the cause of the crash continues and police are advising drivers to avoid the area as the intersection has been closed.
