London police have charged four people in connection with two separate armed robberies. A warrant has been issued for a fifth while a sixth remains unidentified.

The charges are in relation to armed robberies at the Scotia Bank in east London and the Petro Canada in north London and several other incidents.

Four suspects - one armed with a long gun and another with a handgun - allegedly entered the Scotia Bank at 950 Hamilton Rd. the afternoon of Sept. 18 and demanded cash.

Police say the suspects fled in a stolen vehicle with a quantity of cash, then abandoned the vehicle at the end of Meadowlily Road before fleeing in a waiting vehicle.

Michael Herman Doxtator, 37, Charles Grebenchen, 25, Erika Paton, 25, all of London, and Travis O'Leary, 39 of Strathroy have all been charged in relation to the incident.

Police say they have applied for a warrant for the arrest of Johnny Grebenchen while a sixth suspect remains unidentified.

Three of the same suspects, Charles Grebenchen, Doxtator and O'Leary have also been charged in connection with a separate armed robbery.

Police were called to the Petro Canada at Wonderland Road North and Fanshawe Park Road early on the morning of Oct. 3 after two suspects - one with a handgun - entered and obtained a quantity of cigarettes before fleeing with a third suspect in an SUV.

Several members of the same group are also facing charges in connection with fleeing police, a hit-and-run crash and stolen licence plates.

Police say they attempted to stop a GMC Envoy the morning of Oct. 7 in the area of Hamilton Road and Highbury Avenue, but had to call off the pursuit and shortly afterward received a report that a vehicle had been struck by the SUV, which failed to stop.

The Envoy also had licence plates that had been reportedly stolen earlier that morning. Doxtator is facing multiple charges in connection with the incident.

The next night, police used a spike belt to stop a pickup with stolen licence plates spotted on Trafalgar Street near Veterans Memorial Parkway.

After a brief pursuit, the vehicle stopped. One suspect fled on foot and was arrested a short distance away while a passenger was arrested at the scene. Doxtator and Leigha Ainscow have been charged in relation to the incident.
