A 63-year-old Grand Bend woman is dead following a two vehicle crash in the area of Nairn Road and Fort Rose Road in North Middlesex.

The OPP say the Acura car she was driving lost control and crossed the road into the path of a GMC SUV on Sunday afternoon.

The car was struck broadside on the passenger side by the SUV and the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

The woman has since been identified as Charlotte DeGraw.

The man and woman in the SUV were taken to hospital in serious but stable condition.

They have been identified as 79-year-old Hugh Barr and 58-year-old Catherine Barr, both of Grand Bend. They are listed in fair condition in hospital.
