Elgin OPP are investigating after a 38 year old London man collapsed in the waters of Port Stanley.
Around 3:30 Saturday afternoon, the man was wading in waist-deep water when he needed medical assistance.
Help was flagged down and a boat was sent out to him.
The man was airlifted to London Health Sciences Centre where he was pronounced dead.
Police will be releasing more information once it becomes available.
