Job action at Ontario schools has moved beyond teachers.

Thousands of education support workers are launching the first phase of a work-to-rule campaign Thursday.

As part of the job action, the members of CUPE will work only their scheduled hours, take all breaks and lunch and won't do any volunteer activities.

It comes as contract negotiations are set for Thursday and Friday between the province and the union representing office administrators, custodians, library technicians, early childhood educators and IT specialists.
