London police say they have seized thousands of dollars in drugs, cash and stolen goods as well as a sawed-off shotgun in a raid on Thursday.

Local police and RCMP officers were involved in the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act search of a Brydges Street residence.

Among the items seized were:

  • Remington sawed-off pump-action shotgun and 21 rounds of 12-gauge shotgun shells
  • $2,573 Canadian currency
  • 302 grams of marijuana bud valued at $3,020
  • 14.1 grams of cannabis resin valued at $840
  • 31 (8 mg) Dilaudid pills valued at $465
  • 3 (30 mg) Hyrdromorphone capsules valued at $180
  • 4 (18 mg) Hydromorphone capsules valued at $120
  • 2 (6 mg) Hydromorphone capsules valued at $48
  • 12 (10 mg) Methylphenidate (Ritalin) pills valued at $565
  • 101 (20 mg) Ritalin pills valued at $505

Police also found a small 'store' in a shed on the property containing thousands of dollars of stolen property, including two utility trailers, numerous bikes, power tools, electronics, expensive clothing and cologne.

An investigation into the stolen property continues.

A 29-year-year old male and a 22-year-old female, both of London, have been charged with two counts of possession of a Schedule II substance and numerous firearms offences.

The male has also been charged with two counts of possession of a Schedule I substance and two counts of possession of a Schedule III substance.
