Middlesex County OPP have charged one of the drivers involved in the fatal motorcycle crash southeast of Delaware earlier this week.
As a result of the police investigation, Scott Heming, 27, of Middlesex Centre, was issued a provincial offences notice for a left turn failing to afford reasonable opportunity to avoid collision.
OPP and emergency crews responded to the July 16 crash around 6:45 a.m. on Carriage Road at Littlewoods Road.
The collision involved a motorcycle and two other vehicles.
The motorcyclist, 55-year-old Cornelis Van-dyk, of Southwold, died at the scene as a result of his injuries say police.
Three people in the other vehicles involved were treated by EMS and released at the scene.
Carriage Road at Littlewoods Road was closed for several hours for the police investigation.
