The message for a controversial walk in London on Sunday is “Your body, your identity, your rules.”

The second annual London Solidarity Slut Walk took place at Victoria Park Sunday afternoon.

The Slut Walk began in 2011 after a Toronto Police officer suggested, "if women want to stay safe in public they shouldn’t dress like sluts."

The comment sparked the first march in Toronto two years ago, but similar events are celebrated around the globe.

Organizers say the walk is designed as a fight for a woman’s right to “live free from violence, victim-blaming and sex-shaming."
