A cyclist has died after colliding with a vehicle on Highway 59, just outside Norwich on Tuesday.
The deceased male has now been identified as Timothy O’Connor, 51, of Norwich Township.
Oxford County OPP were called to investigate the crash at about 9:30 p.m. on Highway 59 between Quaker Street and Utility Line.
Police say a vehicle was northbound when it struck the male cyclist, who was travelling southbound in the northbound lane.
Oxford County EMS attended to assist, but the cyclist was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The female driver of the motor vehicle was not injured.
The collision remains under investigation.
