Crews searching for missing swimmer at Port Stanley beach

A frantic search is underway to find a missing 18 year old man in the waters of the Port Stanley beach.
Elgin OPP say around 3:50 p.m. Thursday, two swimmers were in distress in the water.
A 19 year-old woman made it to shore safely but an 18 year-old man failed to make it to the beach.
Rescue crews have been combing the immediate beachfront with a human chain ladder but have turned up nothing.
The main beach has been roped off to the public as the search continues.
Ornge, the U.S. Coast Guard and the Elgin Marine Unit are all contributing to the search efforts.
