A 32-year-old man from North York died in a crash in Northern Bruce Peninsula Saturday.

Bruce Peninsula OPP say two vehicles crashed head on and a third was also involved.

It happened close to 1:30 p.m. on Highway 6 between Johnsons Harbour Road and Emmet Lake Road.

Police say a Jeep Patriot and a Subaru Impreza collided head on. The third vehicle was a Jeep Wrangler.

The driver of the Impreza, Sean Smith, was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in the vehicle was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries and is in stable condition.

The driver, a passenger, along with a three-year-old in the Patriot, were taken by air ambulance to hospital with serious injuries. All are in stable condition.

A driver, passenger and a four-year-old and baby from the Wrangler were cleared medically at the scene.
