London police say the coroner has indicated that there is no anatomical cause of death after a 28-year-old man was found dead at a home at 807 Dufferin Avenue on Wednesday morning.

The autopsy is now complete, but further tests are being conducted, under direction of the coroner, to try to determine a cause of death. Police say these tests often take several weeks to complete.

Police were called to a Dufferin home round 7:45 a.m. Wednesday for reports of a man in medical distress.

The investigation revealed the man had been in an altercation earlier that morning with another male who was known to him.

The body was transported to London Health Sciences Center.

Neighbours tell CTV News the home is owned by an older couple who rent the upper level to a woman and have a border, a male in his 20s.
