Maybe the milk moustache gave this guy away.
St. Thomas police say they arrested a 21-year-old male on Jan. 9 after he hid an upaid container of Caramilk chocolate milk in his jacket, exited a store and drank it all.
They say the man then tossed the container in a snowbank.
After being told he was under arrest, the man fled. He was caught a short time later.
The suspect faces charges of theft under $5,000 and breach of probabtion.
The cost of the milk was $1.68.
