Lambton County OPP are investigating after about 30 seasonal trailers in the Northville Crescent area near Port Franks were broken into and vandalized.

Police believe the break and enters at the Oakridge Resort trailer park happened between March 2014 and April 2014.

OPP Const. Todd Monaghan says since the trailers were seasonal, no owners were present.

"Some of the damage that was done, damage to doors, locks - a fire extinguisher was used to cause damage, as well as some spray paint."

Residents say this isn't the first time this has happened and they'd like to see more security at the park.

Calls to management at the park weren't immediately returned.

Anyone with information is asked to contact their local police force, OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
