Two door-to-door salesmen have been charged after police say they wouldn't leave homeowners' properties.

Oxford County OPP were called to a home on Tillson Avenue around 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday for reports of aggressive sales people going door to door in the area.

A police investigation found that the two male suspects would not leave the property when directed by the homeowners.

Police located the two males, 23-year-old Larry Nguyen and 24-year-old Marcel Bent, both of Kitchener and have charged them each with soliciting in an aggressive manner under the Safe Streets Act.

The males were each issued a Provincial Offences ticket and left the area.
