After losing a pair of anchor tenants, the owners of Masonville Place have announced $77 million in new renovations that will see new shopping and dining options.

In a news release Tuesday, mall owners Cadillac Fairview announced the arrival of new retailers Zara, H&M, Sport Chek/Atmosphere, Hot Topic and Disney Store.

The redevelopment features a two-level mall expansion into the former Sears store, which occupied an area of approximately 127,000 square feet.

The news comes after the departure of Sears and Target left a large hold in the mall's landscape.

Although the former Target store remains, Cadillac Fairview says an announcement will come soon regarding its future.

The RIchmond Street Keg Steak House will also be relocating into the mall later this year after issues with parking for patrons.
