An early morning blaze was quickly extinguished by London firefighters but not before it caused extensive damage to a multi-unit residence.
The fire on Hyman street broke out around 1am in a shed at the back of the building. It spread to the five-unit house, scorching the back of the building.
There were no in injuries.
