A 53-year-old Woodstock man has been charged after a 3-year-old child was left alone at home.
Police were called to a Woodstock apartment building Sunday about 4:30 p.m. following reports that a child was found wandering the hallway.
Police charged Wade Messenger with failing to provide the necessaries of life.
The investigation continues.
