A Norfolk woman has been duped out of $739,000 by a man she was having an online relationship with.
Provincial police say the scam took place over seven months and started back in May of last year.
The woman started an online relationship with a man who claimed to be a lawyer from Spain.
After building up a trust, police say the man then asked the victim to help him settle a large estate involving a dead woman from Spain.
