PERTH EAST, Ont. - Police have identified a woman killed in a single-vehicle crash near Stratford, Ont. on Monday.
Provincial police say 86-year-old Joan Windeler of Mississauga, Ont., died in hospital after the afternoon crash in Perth East, Ont.
They say she was driving on Perth Line 56 and failed to negotiate a curve.
Police say her car ended up hitting a culvert and flipping onto its roof.
The investigation continues.
