Charges have been laid in connection to a fatal collision that claimed a pedestrian’s life.
On Wednesday, the Sarnia Police Service Traffic Branch charged 31-year-old Chad Wayne Bentley of Sarnia, with careless driving.
Investigators say the charges are in connection to an Aug. 10 collision on Maxwell Street, where a 73-year-old Sarnia woman was struck by a truck.
Bentley will appear in court on Nov. 14.
