Oxford County OPP have laid charges following a fatal crash involving a recycling truck and an e-bike in Tillsonburg.
Police responded to the collision on Lisgar Avenue on Friday.
Both the recycling truck and e-bike were southbound on Lisgar at the time of the crash.
Police have since charged the driver of the recycling truck, 39-year-old Michael Sullivan of Brantford, with careless driving.
