The trial for a woman charged in connection with the death of a young girl and her newborn sister in a car crash at a Costco store in south London is set for June 1st.

Sixty-five-year-old Ruth Burger was not in court Tuesday, but was represented by her lawyer.

She is facing two counts of criminal negligence causing death and two counts of criminal negligence causing bodily harm in connection with the July crash.

It was decided Tuesday that no preliminary hearing will be held, and the case will proceed directly to trial.

Six-year-old Addison Hall died in hospital, as did her newborn sister Rhiannon Bozek, who was delivered by emergency Caesarean section immediately following the crash.
