London police are investigating after two stolen transport trucks were then used to steal two trailers of merchandise from Columbia Sportswear.
Investigators were called to the Columbia location at 1425 Max Brose Drive in south London just after 7 a.m. Sunday.
Police say two trailers were stolen from TriSec at 1040 Wilton Grove Road, then driven just down the road to Columbia shortly before 5 a.m. where they were hooked to full trailers and driven off the property.
They were last seen eastbound on Max Brose Drive, then headed south on Commerce Drive.
The stolen vehicles are described as:
- 2011 white International truck, plated AE60266
- 2011 white International truck, plated 1495PN
- 2008 red Maxa CCB trailer, plated K2958Z
- 2003 red Maxa C42 trailer, plated A6556R
Police say a light-coloured four-door sedan was also seen entering and leaving the Columbia Sportswear parking lot at the same time as the trucks and trailers.
