Oxford OPP have charged a Tillsonburg man with sexual offences after they received a complaint on July 1.
Police say an alleged female victim was between 16 and 17 when the incidents were said to have occurred, during a period of January 2013 and July 1, 2014.
Frank Louie Fulop, 59, is charged with two counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual exploitation.
He was arrested on Wednesday and has been released on conditions he attend future court appearances.
