Police are thanking the public for their help now that a 16-year-old girl reported missing more than a month ago has been found safe.
Destiny McCarty had not been seen for nearly a week when police asked for help to locate the girl on March 10th.
She had last been seen in the Waterloo Street and Central Avenue area on March 5th and a phone call, believed to be from her phone, was received a few days later.
Investigators had been concerned for her welfare.
