London police have made an arrest following an alleged sexual assault on an LTC bus earlier this month.
Police say the incident took place May 5 around 12 p.m.
The suspect boarded the bus in the area of Springbank Drive and Berkshire Drive.
The man sat behind a teenage girl, reached around the back of her seat and began touching her.
She was not injured.
The man got off the bus in the downtown area.
On Friday, police arrested Jose Luis Hernandez, 54, of London.
He has been charged with one count of sexual assault and one count of sexual interference with a person under the age of 16 years of age.
The investigation continues.
