Police in Sarnia have arrested a 56-year-old man for the alleged theft of a Poppy Fund collection box.
The Royal Canadian Legion Poppy Fund box was stolen from a Tim Horton's on November 7th.
Police made the arrest on Saturday, November 28th, after a suspect returned to the same Tim Horton's.
The 56-year-old has been charged with theft under $5,000. Police did not say if the stolen funds were recovered.
