London Police are warning the public about counterfeit U.S. $100 bills being distributed in the city.
Police say there have been more than twenty cases of small business owners accepting the bills since January.
Small business owners should be aware that these bills are being circulated and contact the Police if anyone attempts pay with them.
Police say they are poor quality bills that should be detected as counterfeit after basic examinations.
The London Police Fraud Section is investigating the incidents, but is requesting assistance and awareness from the public.
