Oxford County OPP are investigating a fatal collision involving a dump truck in Zorra Township.
Around 1:40 p.m. Monday, police were called to the 31st Line at Road 74.
An SUV was struck by a dual tandem dump truck.
The crash sent the SUV into a hydro pole.
The lone adult female driver of the SUV was pronounced deceased at the scene.
She has been identified as Lynn Henderson, 60, of Oakville.
The lone adult male driver of the dump truck was taken to area hospital with minor injuries. He has since been released.
