London police are investigating a fatal crash in the south end of the city.
Police were called near the intersection of Wilton Grove Road and Old Victoria Road around 1:35 p.m. Friday for a head-on crash.
At this time, it's unclear what happened but one person was found dead at the scene.
The person's identity has not been released.
Two additional people were taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
