A 19-year-old man is facing numerous charges following a downtown stabbing Saturday.
Police were called to Richmond Street and Central Avenue at 1:30 a.m.
As a result of their investigation, a London man is charged.
Charges against him are:
- One count of aggravated assault
- Two counts of assault with a weapon
- Two counts of utter death threats
- One count of resist arrest
- One count of weapons dangerous
- One count of possession of prohibited weapon
- One count of possession of marijuana
The 23-year-old stabbing victim needed surgery, but is expected to make a full recovery.
The accused appeared in court Saturday and was remanded into custody.
