Chatham-Kent police are investigating a second break and enter at a Dresden liquor store this week.

Officers were called out to the LCBO on Thursday at approximately 4:45 p.m. Upon arrival police say the front plate glass window of the store was smashed.

It’s unclear how many people were involved, but police say evidence at the scene suggests more than one person. Police didn’t state if anything was stolen.

This is the second break and enter this week at that LCBO. Officers are still investigating an incident that took place Monday at the store, where 16 bottles of liquor valued at $890 was taken.

Chatham-Kent police is asking anyone with information regarding the break and enter to contact Const. Dwayne June at 519-436-6600 ext. #87106 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
