Perth County OPP are seeking witnesses to a head-on collision last month.
It took place on Perth Road 131, south of Line 83 in the hamlet of Carthage at around 9:15 a.m. on Nov. 29, 2016.
A 62-year-old woman remains in a London hospital in fair condition.
The other 70-year-old male driver was released from hospital shortly after the crash.
