A 69-year-old woman hit by a vehicle in Listowel earlier this week has died of her injuries, Perth County OPP say.

Margaret Eskritt, a Fordwich resident, was crossing at the intersection of Inkerman Street and Wallace Avenue on Tuesday when she was hit by a pickup truck.

She was airlifted to a London hospital, where she died of her injuries Friday morning.

Police continue to investigate the crash.
