OPP issue another appeal to locate wanted federal inmate

The OPP's Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is asking for public assistance to locate 25-year-old Michael Kim.

Kim is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his parole.

He was serving a two year and two month sentence for assault causing bodily harm, three counts of break, enter and theft and failing to comply with a probation order.

Kim is described by OPP as a Southeast Asian male, 25 years old, 5’5” tall, 150 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes and tattoos including; 'Time is Money' on his neck, and  'Life is a Gamble' and a dragon on his arms.

Police say he is known to frequent the London, Chatham and Windsor areas.
