Provincial police are seeking the public's help, following two separate break and enter incidents in Middlesex Centre.
Middlesex County OPP were called to a residence and shed on Decker Drive east of Westdel Bourne on Monday around 6:30 p.m.
Investigators say an unknown number of suspects forced their way into both the home and shed – stealing a boat motor and battery pack.
The combined damage and value of the stolen goods is estimated at $1,000.
OPP also responded to an alarm at London Tire Sales on Egremont Drive east of the Nairn Road around 4:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
Unknown suspects had forced their way into the building but fled before police arrived on scene.
